Sim Ngezahayo is a Canadian writer and businessman. Owing to his extensive professional experience and a degree in language translation and interpretation studies, he started a Canadian corporation, Golden Lines Translation, Inc. in 2014. Over the past decade, he has helped some of the world’s leading brands to reach global markets by leveraging and streamlining professional language services.
HOW I GOT HERE!
I embarked on my language service business journey in 2012. By the time I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Language Translation and Interpretation Studies, I had started working as a freelance translator. I was translating books for a South Korean publisher.
I was privileged to be hired both as a translator and language consultant by some of the world’s leading companies, including publishing houses, pharmaceutical, and clinical research companies to mention a few. Throughout the process, I noticed an ever-growing need for language services, coupled with a big gap between businesses and consumers.
Ever since, I realized that there was an increasing demand for businesses to connect with their customers on the one hand, and to generate new leads on the other hand. This compelling need prompted me to start a language service business so that I can inspire an even broader market.
I help businesses of all sizes to scale by leveraging language operations.
